This is a G.M. specific tool, check your workshop manual if this is the right tool for your application(specific build years, Northstar crankshafts and seals may differ!).
This is a complete used kit, as shown in pictures, kit is in good working order.

This Tool is required to remove and Install the lower Pinion Bearing in the Power Steering rack.
Remove the cover plate and Pinion Nut with a 15 mm Socket, remove the Retaining Ring, assemble the remover, attach slide hammer and remove the lower Pinion Bearing from the Housing.
