Price for fully regenerated engine on a nominal crankshaft, when returning an old damaged engine with undamaged engine block.

More and more customers decide to repair the engine in our service. Replacing the engine with a used one is very risky and does not give such a long guarantee and certainty as the engine newly renovated by our company:

AFTER EACH REPAIR AND ENGINE REPLACEMENT, WE SET UP A SERVICE BOOK.

WITH OUR SERVICE BOOK AND SERVICE, IT IS POSSIBLE TO EXTEND THE WARRANTY PERIOD FOR OUR SERVICES. (6 to 12 months warranty)

RENOVATION INCLUDES (among others):

• engine block checked for tightness of the water jacket, restoration of concentricity and dimensions of the crankshaft bed, engine block surface planning.
• NOMINAL original crankshaft !!!
• head after full regeneration checked for microcracks, surface planning, new valve seals and valve seats, new hydraulic tappets and valves.
• new main bearings and connecting rod bearings
• pistons replacement
• new piston rings
• new connecting rods
• honed cylinder liners (factory size) if necessary new ones are inserted,
• new head gaskets, cover gasket and seals of the crank shaft and shafts,
• installed a new complete original timing kit
• new oil pump

POSSIBILITY OF ENGINE INSTALLATION IN OUR SERVICE! WE HAVE ROAD ASSISTANCE AND REPLACEMENT CARS!

• The cost of operating fluids and engine exchange are set individually depending on the model.
