We present to you the offer of Our Engine with the Original BMW Crankshaft. Subjected to the NITRIDING process. The hardness of the crankshaft after nitriding does not differ from the standards of the nominal crankshaft and the material structure is reinforced due to the penetrating and filling space of NITROGEN particles.

The offer of the engine with a NITROGEN crankshaft with 0.25 main journals and 0.25 connecting rod journals includes a full guarantee as in the case of the engine with a nominal shaft.

The nitriding and crankshaft machining processes developed by our company have been tested and verified on the engines of our regular customers from all over Europe. That is why we offer them for sale to you.

ENGINE REPAIR INCLUDES, AMONG OTHERS:

1. Engine block checked for tightness, restoration of the concentricity and dimensions of the crankshaft bed, planning of the block plane.
2. CRANKSHAFT NITRIDING, checked for alignment, micro-cracks. Main journals 0.25 Connecting rod journals 0.25.

3. Full head regeneration, tightness check, surface planning, valve guides replaced, new valve seals installed, valve machining.

4. New main bearings 0.25

5. New connecting rod bearings 0.25

6. Piston replacement
7. Installation of new piston rings

Engine Installation Service costs are set individually depending on the vehicle model and engine code. We provide a 12-month warranty for our service without a mileage limit in the case of installation in our company.

The price given is for the engine after a major overhaul on the Nominal Original crankshaft when returning the old damaged engine with an undamaged block.
