Belshazzar, Henry Rider Haggard

Belshazzar, a novel by sir Henry Rider Haggard (1856-1925), in English. Published by Stanley Paul, 7th impression, 285 pages plus a 32 page catalogue, Undated but published in 1930 (a publisher's catalogue at the end of the book is for Autumn 1930). Belshazzar is a historical novel by H Rider Haggard set in Ancient Babylon, and tells of the Egyptian prince Ramose seeking to rescue his wife Myra from the King of Babylon. It was written in 1924, and was just finished at the time of his death. The book is bound in the original grey cloth covered boards with black titling on the spine and front board. The case of the book is in very good condition.
