SEASON ONE:
Commentary on Pilot: The three-disc set includes only one commentary track, unfortunately, but it's a good one, featuring actors Clair Danes and Damian Lewis, and showrunners Howard Gordon and Alex Gansa. Together, they cover all the bases, from thematic choices and character decisions to practicalities of shooting the pilot.

Deleted Scenes (4:56, 3:16, 4:29): Each disc includes a short selection of excised scenes.

Week Ten - Prologue to Season Two (3:53): An extremely short lead-in that has Brody going to meet Carrie in the hospital. Plays more like a deleted scene than anything.

Homeland Season One: Under Surveillance (33:46): A fantastic half-hour documentary that covers the show's origins, the writing, the casting, the development of the characters, and the advantages of being on a premium cable network. Features interviews with most of the cast and crew. A great supplement.

SEASON TWO:
Deleted Scenes (1:12, 1:29, 2:28): Each disc includes a short selection of excised scenes.

Returning to the Homeland: Filming in Israel (7:52) is a nice look at the Israeli locations that stood in for Beirut in the opening arc of this season.

The Border: A Prologue to Season Three (1:40) proves that Brody's military training hasn't worn off.

A Super 8 Film Diary by Damian Lewis (11:05) is a fun, slightly more than retro looking piece with Lewis narrating what amounts to home movies.

The Choice: The Making of the Season Finale (15:41) is a great piece looking at the last episode of the season, which seems to be going in one direction--until it doesn't.
