Jorge Bolet’s performances are simply prodigious: full of refinement in ‘Au Bord d’une source’ or ‘Les Jeux à la Villa d’Este’, highly introspective in ‘Un sospiro’ or in the ‘Sonetto 104 del Petrarca’ and with astonishing expansive sound variations in ‘Auf dem Wasser zu singen’.
Those eminent characteristics are marvelously combined in the ‘Wanderer-Fantasie’, the ‘Liebestraum No 3’ and the ‘Tarantella’.
A must have for all lovers of classical music.
