De heruitgave van het originele album, geremasterd en met uitgebreide versies van de twee bijbehorende hitsingles "Torch" en "What!", brengt het album helemaal bij de tijd. De release viert het pionierswerk van Soft Cell in de clubs van Leeds, Londen, New York en Berlijn.
De CD-versie bevat een tweede schijf met onuitgebrachte mixen en hoogtepunten van het lang niet beschikbare "Heat - The Remixes" uit 2007.
