Silver Convention - Madhouse + 2 bonustracks.

German producer/songwriter duo Michael Kunze and Sylvester Levay released "Save Me" in 1974 on Jupiter Records with session singers doing the sparse lyrics. Early editions using the artist name "Silver Bird Convention." The single was an early disco success in the UK (Magnet) and the artist name was changed to "Silver Convention."

Three German girls, Ramona Wulf - a former child star wanting a change of image - Penny McLean, and Jackie Carter formed the very first line-up. Carter, however, was quickly replaced with Linda G. Thompson after just a few TV-appearances. "Fly, Robin, Fly" became a US #1-single as well as a massive hit in Europe. Penny McLean's solo single "Lady Bump" - also a Levay/Kunze collaboration - topped the German charts at the same time.
