CD: The Running Man – The Running Man (ZGAN)
Origineel en in zeer goede staat
The driving force behind "Running Man" is British guitarist, composer, producer Ray Russell, winner of ASCAP award. Ray played with various British blues bands (Graham Bond Organisation and Georgie Fame among others). He is highly respected professional, very much in demand as session guitarist and producer of Robert Plant, Cat Stevens, Phil Collins, Jack Bruce, Tina Turner... "Running Man" was one album miracle, well ahead of its time (1972) and now it still sounds as a revelation, fresh and innovative. A fusion of hard rock, prog, free jazz, acid. I would say that somehow it reminds "King Crimson".
