Coinciding with the release of the compilations “Love Sensuality Devotion: The Greatest Hits” and “Love Sensuality Devotion: The Remix Collection”, Enigma put to market the DVD collection “Remember The Future” in 2001.

Beyond the confines of space and time, the twelve videos on this DVD reflected mastermind Michael Cretu’s “memories of the future” -

... A trip through time into the past - the DVD features 12 outstanding tracks, which were released as singles and which were accompanied by a promo video.

... A statement of mystery - hinting at things unspoken and unexplained, the beautiful images emphasise the mystical aspect of this musical journey.

... A glimpse into the future - giving an idea of the next chapter written in the only universal language there is: music.

Unbeknown to many, state of the art videos have always been an Enigma signature feature. All Enigma videos have to meet the requirements of Michael’s critical eye: "I cannot expect others to like my output, if it doesn’t meet my own standards.”

The ground-breaking video "Return To Innocence" is a visual treat - following a whim, Michael and the director decided to let the video run backwards. "Beyond The Invisible" shows alien characters watching a couple magically and effortlessly ice-skating through a forest. And “The Rivers Of Belief” features awe-inspiring images from distant countries.
