Spirit, also known as Elements, was a Holiday on Ice show which premiered in 2006. The opening night was in Hamburg, Germany on November 8, 2007 [1].

SPIRIT: a cultural extravaganza of inspirational ice skating, combining the natural beauty of the four elements with global traditions and modern rhythms. World-class ice skaters glide from sunrise to nightfall, recreating the ethnic splendour of Asian cultures, ancient mysticism of Stonehenge and tribal gathering of Native American Indians.

Holiday on Ice, with 320 million visitors the most succesful ice show in the world, celebrated it's 65th anniversary with the amazing show SPIRIT, an Eastern orientated and fairytale like spectacle which focuses on the four elements of nature: fire, water, air and earth.

More than 45 phenomenal ice skaters, dancers and acrobats, 350 astonishing costumes and a sensational lightshow turn SPIRIT into a fascinating and unforgettable experience, made by well known artistic director Robin Cousins and choreograph Karen Kresge.[2]

This season, Holiday on Ice continues its tradition of presenting spectacular themes in live entertainment on ice. Highly professional figure skating, acrobatics, choreography, music, magic marvellous costumes and fascinating light effects combine to make a wonderful show.

Scenes are inspired by the four elements, taking audiences across continents and cultures. From dawn in Asia, through Celtic Reels to a Chinese firework festival and the excitement of a native American Pow Wow. Spirit translates Form and Balance, Creation and Harmony into an exhilarating and spiritual celebration of skating. [3]
