Abba kultnacht this is a series of clips pulled from various german tv shows such as "disco", "show express", "wetten, dass..?" and "na sowas" - this abba special was aired on october 18, 2002 on zdfs "cult night" prior to the musical "mamma mia" debuting in germany on november 3, 2002 - the show assembles both group and solo performances from 1973 until 1984 - of interest are snippets of the original "s.o.s" concept video and one of a musical number from chess, "one night in bangkok", featuring benny, bjorn and annifrid on back up vocals - it is also interesting to see the poor lip syncing on clips such as "waterloo" from 1974 and agnethas solo song, "wrap your arms around me" from 1983.
