The footage comes from a pay per view broadcast of the same name shown on December 31st, 1999.

The main feature is an edited version of a concert at Paisley Park Studios, Chanhassen, MN, USA, on December 18th, 1999 (with additional footage from a performance by Morris Day & The Time from a concert the previous day).
