The engine block is in pristine condition.This engine has been tested for leaks using the leak-down method and is completely sealed. The stator is brand new, tested, and works as it should.

NOTE: The oil pump has not been tested and is sold as defective! Although it likely works, the oil pump MUST be tested by the buyer during installation before use. Furthermore, this engine does not leak gear oil.

NOTE: The engine is sold without an electric starter; most parts for the electric starter are missing from this engine.
