Anyway, I’ve spent some time configuring it for my complexion and height (I’m ~2m tall), and the way to love your bike is to adjust it fully to yourself. Or at least make some adjustments along the way.
And use a helmet, because they are cool. If you don’t think so—I drive a car without an airbag but never without a headrest. Same with bikes: keep yourself safe. And use instruments to love what you’re doing.
