Established in 1923 Motobécane was one of the most famous French manufacturer of bicycles, mopeds, motorcycles, and other small vehicles. "Motobécane" is a compound of "moto", slang for motorcycle; "bécane" is slang for "bike."
They became more known to an international public by their sponsoring of professional teams and winning the Tour de France with their typical orange machines.
This sturdy and reliable Motobecane Super Sprint stems from the beginning of the 1980s. The frame is made of 707 high tensile steel tubes, making for a very solid base. As for the equipment, you will find a blend of reliable parts form Sachs, Maillard, CLB or Weinmann. Thoroughly checked by our mechanics, the bike is ready to be ridden.
