Selling my custom-built single speed based on a classic steel Raleigh Pursuit frame. Designed to be the ultimate fast urban commuter, this bike perfectly balances vintage aesthetics with smart, practical city geometry. It’s stiff, incredibly fast, and completely unique.

• Frame: Vintage Raleigh Pursuit (Steel), Size 58cm.
• Drivetrain: Single Speed, 52x16. A fast, aggressive gear ratio perfect for flat city roads.
• Crankset & Pedals: Vintage Japanese Sugino GT equipped with BLB steel double toe-straps for maximum control and power transfer.
• Wheels: Specially matched Mavic set – Mavic Cosmos (rear) & Mavic Aksium Race (front).
• Tires: 30mm CST, providing a great balance of speed and comfort over tram tracks and cobblestones.
• Brakes: Black Weinmann aero levers paired with reliable Shimano calipers.
• Saddle: Classic Selle Italia Turbo Matic 2.
Custom Modifications:
• Urban Cockpit: A custom-shortened Specialized dropbar paired with a long ITM stem (detailed with an Amsterdam crest). This specific setup reduces the reach, giving you a more comfortable, upright position for city traffic while maintaining the aggressive drop-bar look and handling.
• Tire Clearance Upgrade: The right dropout has been professionally modified/deepened. While it currently runs 30mm tires perfectly, this modification allows you to fit up to 35-37mm tires if you ever want a wider "tracklocross" setup.
A lot of thought and mechanical experience went into this build. It's a true "wolf in sheep's clothing" ready to fly through the city.
