Condition and Disclaimer
We are offering the milling machine with accessories as a used, functional machine. Due to its age and previous use, it shows corresponding signs of use and wear. We have inspected the machine to ensure its basic functionality.

We do not provide any warranty or guarantee of quality. The machine is sold in the condition it is in at the time of inspection or handover.

The sale is made with the exclusion of liability for material defects. This exclusion does not apply to the extent that liability is required by law, in particular for damages resulting from injury to life, limb, or health, as well as in cases of intentional or grossly negligent conduct.

Prospective buyers have the opportunity, by prior arrangement, to inspect and examine the machine and accessories on site before submitting an offer. Characteristics that are not apparent or not expressly warranted are not part of the offer.

Pickup
The sale is exclusively for pickup by the buyer. We do not provide delivery or shipping services.

The buyer must organize the disassembly, loading, securing for transport, and removal at their own expense and under their own responsibility.

Staat en aansprakelijkheidsuitsluiting
Wij bieden de freesmachine met accessoires aan als gebruikte, functionerende machine. Vanwege de leeftijd en het gebruik tot nu toe zijn er overeenkomstige gebruikssporen en slijtageverschijnselen aanwezig. De machine is door ons getest op haar algemene werking.

Wij geven geen garantie of kwaliteitsgarantie. De machine wordt verkocht in de staat waarin zij zich op het moment van bezichtiging of overdracht bevindt.

De verkoop vindt plaats met uitsluiting van aansprakelijkheid voor materiële gebreken. Deze uitsluiting geldt niet voor zover aansprakelijkheid wettelijk verplicht is, met name bij schade als gevolg van letsel aan leven, lichaam of gezondheid, alsmede bij opzettelijk of grof nalatig gedrag.

Geïnteresseerden hebben, na voorafgaande afspraak, de mogelijkheid om de machine en de toebehoren ter plaatse te bezichtigen en te controleren alvorens een bod uit te brengen. Niet-waarneembare of niet uitdrukkelijk gegarandeerde eigenschappen maken geen deel uit van het aanbod.

Afhaling
De verkoop vindt uitsluitend plaats op basis van zelfafhaling. Levering of verzending door ons is niet voorzien.

De demontage, het laden, de transportbeveiliging en het afvoeren moeten door de koper op eigen kosten en onder eigen verantwoordelijkheid worden geregeld.
