Works perfectly, goes up and down, you can rock backward, doesn't have wheels, the legs are closed from the bottom.
There's a stain from paint, but the chair was cleaned, and it just unfortunately stayed. It's nothing dirty, and it doesn't take anything away from the quality.
I am selling it because I got a new office chair.
