Looking for an antikraak place or affordable apartment to rent
Hi Dutch community!
We are a couple from Ukraine, both 30 years old, currently living in Haarlem. My name is Vadym - I am a product manager with 10 years of experience in hospitality and tech. I also study at the University of Amsterdam (post-incubation program).
My girlfriend Lana is a marketing expert, also with 10 years of experience. Together, we are building a startup here in the Netherlands and are currently raising our first investment round. We also do freelance work to support ourselves. We have been living in a refugee shelter in Haarlem for the last few years. It is getting really hard without privacy, so we are looking for a new place.
We are responsible people: No kids, No pets, Non-smokers, Just a glass of wine a couple of times a week
We are looking for: Antikraak housing, or An apartment, or A house

We have our own car, so locations outside the city are totally fine. Our budget is flexible, but we are looking for options that do not require proof of salary, as we are both working on our company without income yet. However, we can prove our ability to pay and have several Dutch partners who can vouch for us.

Preferred area: Haarlem +30 km, but we also consider options within +30 km of Amsterdam or The Hague.

Registration is not needed - we can keep it at a friend’s address.
