We have a fully furnished 52 m2 guest studio on the ground floor in Badhoevedorp [outskirts of Amsterdam, next to Schiphol, close to the highways]. It is an all-in service from January onwards for a maximum of 4 months.

The studio includes [own entrance, nothing is shared]:

• 2 beds, with sheets, covers, pillows. Beds can be separated with a room divider or made into a double.
• Separate bathroom with shower, toilet, towels
• Couch, SmartTV, fast Wifi.
• Table, chairs, carpet, curtains etc
• Dishwasher & washing machine
• Pantry with equipment and cutlery
• On-premise free parking directly in front of appartment
• Energy/Heating
• Outside sitting place for smoking

Double occupancy is possible. You will get a guest contract like a hotel and B & B. You cannot register at this address, but you can receive packages, mail and food.

The guest fee is 1700 Euro p.m. all-in, 1000 Euro deposit. We will set you up initially with bathroom and cleaning material, toilet paper, coffee etc initially. You can check out any time: no notice period as you are a guest, not a tenant.

We are next to the Ramada Amsterdam Airport hotel. No upfront payment, no administrative fee etc.
