Rental Conditions:
- Minimum rental period: 12 months
- Deposit amount: 1.5x the monthly rent.
- Utilities included: gas/electricity/water/internet. Note: gas is based on a regular consumption of gas for heating. If the tenant decides to use more than the regular gas consumption, by heating the apartment day&night in tropical temperatures, then an extra surcharge will be requested.
