I'm looking for a young working couple, who can rent the place for at least 2 years. The ideal tenants are clean and responsible, are able to keep the house and the garden in a good shape.
 
Together, your income should be 4 x rent,  2 months rent will be charged for deposit.

Rent: 1,775 EUR per month, excluding utilities and tax tenants need to pay to the city hall. Please note that the house will be rented out without furnitures.
