Room for rent in a shared maisonette

A room is coming available in Amsterdam North from 1st of June for long term. In the area called Entreegebied, straat Ijsselmeerstraat. Registration is possible. The apartment is fully furnished is in total 117 m2 on two floors (maisonette). The room is 7 m2 and the common spaces are 90 m2. The maisonette is on the 3rd floor (bedrooms, washing, bathroom, wc, storage) and on the 4th floor (living rooms, kitchen, study, patio). You will share with two other rooms, three other people, one male (working) and one couple female-male (studying) very friendly and cosy. There are three bedrooms in total. There is floor heating and the house is very warm without heating, due to its architecture (passive house). The pictures are from four years ago when the house was just newbuilt, now it is has more furniture on the common 4th floor (the one with grey floor), the ones that the people who live there bought. There is a washing machine and dryer (not pictured). In case you need to want to view it, please send me a personal message and I can arrange a visit with the now tenants. Financial: Rent: €580 p/m without bills. The e-g-w, taxes and internet are a subject to differ from summer to winter due to the heating and electricity.Downpayment heating, warmwater, electricity and internet: €125 p/m (to be calculated once a year, the last two years the tenants had one year a return of appr 100 euro and the next year they had to pay an extra of 50 euro each for the whole year, it is according to how much you use) Extra municipality taxes are to be arranged and divided between the tenants.There is a cat living in the apartment, in case there are allergies.Two group visits will be arranged in a weekend only.
