There is 1 room for rent in Oudheusden. You have a choice between 2 rooms (see pictures).
Semi-detached house with garage, driveway and garden
Shared kitchen, living room and bathroom Including washing machine and dryer Rooms from 11 to 15 square meters
Deposit of one month’s rent
You will get an indefinite contract with a minimum rental period of 6 months. You get €75,00 discount if you sign a contract with a minimum period of 12 months.
A maximum of 2 people will live here now
Rooms are empty but it’s possible to receive a bed, chair and cabinet
The bedrooms on the 1st floor (with a cross) are available to use and share with other tenant
In the attic there are 2 storages. If you rent the attic room these storages will be private for you. If you rent the room on the 1st floor you can use and share the bedroom in the attic including the storages with other tenant.

‘Master bedroom’ (green walls) or Bedroom 2 (in attic):
Rent: €860,00 per month
Gas, water, electricity costs: €75,00 per month
Internet: €15,00 per month
Total: €950,00 per month

Other information:
Price is based on the point system.
Because a maximum of 2 people will live here, the prices are higher than when the house is occupied by 5 or more people
