Lieeeeve kamerzoekende meiden!!!
Ik ga helaas mijn huisgenootje verlaten in ons appartement op de Hondstraat (binnenstad) :(. Dat betekent dat er een kamer vrijkomt!
Je deelt het appartement samen met mijn huisgenootje Malena, die nu voor haar tweede jaar aan UCM studeert en roeit bij saurus!
Ze is opzoek naar iemand die gezellig samen dingetjes wilt doen zoals eten en een drankje, en het liefst al een beetje een leventje in Maaastricht heeft opgebouwd. Ze vind het gezellig om mensen over de vloer te hebben en borreltjes te doen, maar er is uiteraard ook ruimte voor je eigen dingetje!
(Als je nou net in Maastricht komt wonen, stuur ook zeker een mailtje!)
De kamer die vrijkomt is de kamer met de blauwe lakens en de mooie ramen! Kosten voor jou zijn €890 inclusief servicekosten, maar exclusief waterschapsbelasting en dergelijke.
Let op; je huurt dus het hele appartement samen met Malena (samen kost het maandelijks €1820), vandaar dat de prijs ietsje hoger is dan de gemiddelde kamer, maar ons appartement heeft een losse keuken, hele grote woonkamer, dakterras, badkamer met bad en douche en twee slaapkamers. Je komt dus echt in een gezellig huisje terecht op een prachtige locatie! Vrijthof en O.L.V. is een minuut lopen, faculteiten behalve FHML ook, appie op vijf minuten en de markt ook!

Unfortunately, I’m leaving my roommate in our apartment on Hondstraat (city center):(. That means a room is becoming available!
You’ll be sharing the apartment with my roommate Malena, who is now in her second year at UCM and rows for Saurus!
She’s looking for someone who wants to do things together like having dinner and having a drink, and preferably someone who has already built a bit of a life in Maastricht. She enjoys having people over and doing drinks, but there’s also space for your own activities!
(If you’re just moving to Maastricht, you are also more than welcome to send an email!)
The room that’s becoming available is the one with the blue sheets and the beautiful windows! The cost for you is €890 including service costs, but excluding water management tax and such.
Please note; you’re renting the entire apartment together with Malena (together it costs €1820 monthly), which is why the price is a bit higher than the average room, but our apartment has a separate kitchen, a very large living room, a roof terrace, a bathroom with a bath and shower, and two bedrooms. So you’ll really end up in a cozy little house in a beautiful location! Vrijthof and O.L.V. is just a minute away, most faculties are walking distance as is the supermarket and the markt.
