I’m hereby giving my well furnished room to rent located in Amsterdam (southeast). The room is located close to the Bijlmer Arena. It’s the largest room in the apartment. It’s a 3 bedroom apartment. 2 rooms are already occupied bij 2 men who are very quiet and are mostly at their work. No need to clean the appartement because I have a contract with a cleaner who comes once in 2 weeks to make sure the place is always tidy up. If you are interested it’s always possible to come and view the room and the whole appartement so that you can have a clearer view. When you are satisfied with the room and you want to take it, that’s possible I will personally make a contract for both parties. The price is negotiable, just remember that the room is located in the heart of Amsterdam. There is a free car park. You also have access to very fast WiFi and a HP laptop free to use. The TV also has a chromecast, so you can cast from your phone straight to the TV. All other things will be discussed during the negotiation stage. The room is available from the 01-07-2025.
