Bij deze verkoop ik een motor waar er absoluut maar 1 van is. Namelijk deze 100% custom gemaakte Honda CB 650 uit 1981 door “Rik’s Customs”. Alles op deze motor is nieuw of custom gemaakt.

2 jaar geleden ben ik begonnen met het bouwen van mijn 3e custom motor. Er zit voor ruim 500 uur aan arbeid in deze motor maar het resultaat mag er zijn. Ik wilde iets creëren wat compleet anders is dan de gemiddelde café racer. Ik ben begonnen met alleen een frame en een motorblok, de rest is allemaal daaromheen gebouwd.

Een aantal unieke eigenschappen van deze build zijn:

Als eerste de MONOCOC. Het paradepaardje van dit project. 1 geheel, de tank, voorkuip en de café racer zitting is 1 geheel. Alles met de hand op maat gemaakt. Afgemaakt met prachtige unieke paint job. Groen/blauwe lak van het officiele Aston Martin F1 team(niet makkelijk te verkrijgen). Samen met crystal effex (ijsbloemen) en schaduwen is dit een zeer unieke paint job.

Op maat gemaakte zitting van alcantara met een Custom stiksels erin verwerkt zodat het past bij de paint job.

Yamaha FZR1000 USD voorkant met spaakwiel en dubbele remschijf (naaf is custom CNC alluminium gemaakt)

Achterzijde van het frame is helemaal op maat gemaakt met mooi ronde vormen.

Alle elektra, knipperlichten etc. is van motogadget. M-unit blue (met telefoon connectie bluetooth). Op afstand de motor starten? Geen probleem, dat kan deze motor.

Je kan de motor dus aanzetten met je telefoon. Ook komt de motor tot leven als je in de buurt komt met je telefoon. Compleet nieuw op maat gemaakt kabelboom, met weerbestendige stekkers.

Ducati Monster display replica. Met werkende branstof meter. Iets wat ongekend is voor een Honda CB uit 1981

Gearshift sensor/indicator

Een elektrisch bedienbaar klepje in de café racer zitting waar een telefoon in een draadloze lader bevestigd kan worden

Air ride vering aan de achterkant. De achterkant kan omlaag zakken zodat de motor op de middenbok rechtop blijft staan en dus niet op zijstandaard geplaatst hoeft te worden. (uiteraard is er een zijstandaard aanwezig)

Volledig behandeld motorblok met krimplak, gepolijste onderdelen, en perfect afgesteld om goed te lopen met open filters en uitlaat.

Motorblok is deels gereviseerd. De kop is gereviseerd, alle pakkingen en Keerringen zijn nieuw.

CNC afgedraaide en gepolijste schetsplaten met rearsets

Ultrabatt lithium batte-ry voor krachtige start en lange levensduur.

Bijpassende helm. Meegespoten in de kleur van de motor maat L.

Verder zijn er nog tal van details en kleine dingen die pas opvallen als de motor bezichtigd wordt. Alle draaiende delen en slijtage onderdelen zijn vervangen. Banden, remmen, ketting, tandwielen, startmotor etc voor jaren rijplezier of shows en gentlemen rides.

Niks is over het hoofd gezien met het bouwen van deze motor. Het doet me enigszins pijn in mijn hart om de motor te verkopen maar door lichamelijke beperkingen zit de passie voor mij in het bouwen en iemand heel blij maken met iets unieks. Daarnaast ben ik begonnen met de 4e custom build, namelijk een Harley-Davidson en daar is ook geld voor nodig.

I am selling a motorcycle of which there is absolutely one. Namely, this 100% custom-made Honda CB 650 from 1981 by “Rik's Customs”. Everything on this bike is new or custom-made.

Two years ago, I started building my third custom motorcycle. This bike has taken well over 500 hours of work, but the result is impressive. I wanted to create something completely different from the average café racer. I started with just a frame and an engine block; everything else was built around that.

Some unique features of this build are:

First, the MONOCOC. The showpiece of this project. One integrated unit; the tank, front fairing, and café racer seat form a single piece. Everything is custom-made by hand. Finished with a beautiful, unique paint job. Green/blue paint from the official Aston Martin F1 team (not easy to obtain). Combined with Crystal Effex (ice flowers) and shadows, this makes for a truly unique paint job.

Yamaha FZR1000 USD front end with spoked wheel and dual brake disc (hub is custom CNC made aluminum)

The back of the frame is entirely custom-made with beautiful rounded shapes.

All electrical components, turn signals, etc. are from Motogadget. Blue M-unit (with Bluetooth phone connection). Want to start the engine remotely? No problem, this motorcycle can do that.

So you can turn on the engine with your phone. The engine also comes to life when you get close with your phone. Completely new custom-made wiring harness, with weather-resistant connectors.

Gearshift sensor/indicator

An electrically operated flap in the café racer seat where a phone can be secured in a wireless charger.

Air ride suspension at the rear. The rear can be lowered so that the motorcycle remains upright on the center stand and therefore does not need to be placed on the side stand. (Naturally, a side stand is present)

Fully treated engine block with wrinkle paint, polished parts, and perfectly tuned to run well with open filters and exhaust.

The engine block has been partially overhauled. The cylinder head has been reconditioned, and all gaskets and oil seals are new.

Ultrabatt lithium battery for powerful starting and long lifespan.

Matching helmet. Painted in the color of the motorcycle, size L.

Furthermore, there are numerous details and small things that only become apparent when the motorcycle is viewed. All moving parts and wear parts have been replaced. Tires, brakes, chain, sprockets, starter motor, etc., for years of riding pleasure or for shows and gentlemen's rides.

Nothing was overlooked in building this motorcycle. It pains me somewhat to sell the bike, but due to physical limitations, my passion lies in building and making someone very happy with something unique. Additionally, I have started on the fourth custom build, namely a Harley-Davidson, and that requires money as well.
