Attention to every single detail and proportions... Fully rebuild and modified classic BMW R80RT by @b.custom.cycle located in Lithuania. Custom and quality made parts from CNC aluminium and sheet metal.

-ENGINGE: Engine block and cylinder heads vapor blasted, powder coated. Rebuild with OEM parts (list by request)-GEAR BOX: Vapor blasted, powder coated. Rebuild with OEM parts (list by request). New TRW clutch disc.-FINAL DRIVE: Vapor blasted, powder coated with wrinkle black paint. Rebuild with OEM parts (list by request)-FUEL SYSTEM: Gas tank inside was cleaned and coated with POR15 sealant. CNC aluminum fuel cap, rebuild petcocks, new inner filters and fuel hoses. Carburetors were vapor blasted, vibro polished and fully rebuild with OEM parts. KNA air pod filters, custom made choke set.-SUSPENSION: Refurbished, rebuild and powder coated rear shock absorber and front forks. Front forks are lowered by 5 cm. -BRAKES: Rebuild and powder coated front brake calipers with OEM BREMBO KIT. New VENHILL braided brake hoses with new BANJO fittings. FERODO Platinum brake pads. Rebuild NISSIN front master brake cylinder. BREMBO brake fluid reservoir. New BREMBO Serie ORO Floating front discs. New rear brake drum pads. -CHASSIS: New SKF front wheel and steering head bearings. New OEM Swingarm pivot bearings. New CONTINENTAL ROAD ATTACK 2 tyres. Powder coated rims-EXHAUST: TITANIUM manifolds. IRONHEAD stainless steel silencers with DB killers (e-approved)-ELECTRONICS: -MOTOGADGET M-UNIT, M-LOCK, M-SWITCH controls, MO-BLAZE LED turn signals. -JMT Lithium battery, RICK'S Motorsport electrics Rectifier Regulator. -HIGHSIDER LED rear light and headlamp. -KOSO speedo with electric sensor and RPM signal filter, KOSO license plate LED light, -Silicone spark plugs wires, silicone 8AWG positive terminal wire. Refurbished alternator and starter. -Battery charging output for NOCO GENIUS charger (included with motorcycle)-FRAME: Sand blasted and powder coated frame. FEHLING clip-ons. Custom made rear end with CNC aluminum bracket and custom made subframe for seat. Custom made leather seat. CNC aluminum rear light bracket. Custom made battery box, license plate bracket, front mudguard bracket, speedo and headlamp brackets. Aluminum CNC foot pegs, LSL Bar end mirrors with LSL handle bar weights (titanium colors).
