The FX25 is an automatic wah wah pedal. You vary the wah by how hard you strike the strings on your guitar. "Range" controls the amount of sweep the wah will give and the "Sensitivity" control sets how much attack is necessary in order to trigger the wah.

Range
Controls the range of movement of the envelopes sweep. Counter-clockwise sweeps more low frequencies. Clockwise sweeps more high frequencies.

Sensitivity
Adjusts the point where the effect's wah responds to your playing attack. With a higher sensitivity a smaller signal will affect the envelopes effect. In other words, with a higher sensitivity you don't have to pluck as hard to make the effect audible.
