I bought it new 5 years ago but haven't used it much and only in my studio, so absolutely no tear and wear: it looks like and works like new.

I used it in combination with its twin: the Clearlink Send buffer/balanced line-driver to bridge 6 meter and in the mean time get rid of cellphone interferences and solar panel converter signals. Worked just great but I don't need this setup in my new studio anymore.
