This instrument has been through a lot. The previous owner painted it an antique cream colour, and I bought it as a restoration project to restore the beautiful wood finish, as is original.
It has some aesthetic issues, which are:
1. next to the pedals, a part of decorative wood is missing
2. paint is stripped on some parts of the instrument (as on the decorative panel in the upper right part of the organ)
Despite these aesthetic issues, it plays wonderfully. The pumping pedals still work, as well as the effect pedals which are controlled by the knees. Most of the settings are perfectly functional, with only the Dulcet Treble having some issues, and the SubBass needing to be reconnected entirely. (All of this is easily accessible from the back, below a mesh screen cover.)
It is also an important piece of history, as these organs were only ever produced in the United States between 1872 and 1913. Finding one in Europe is quite the rarity.
All in all, a wonderful instrument. I am selling because I will be moving to another country next year, and am unable to take it with me.
