Here you have a very beautiful and rare Vox AC30 amp. The amplifier is from the end of 1961 or the beginning of 1962.
Wonderful and dynamic Rock sound!! From the time when the Beatles and the Stones started their phenomenal music career.
This means the amp is truly very rare.
Potentiometer date code is from June 1961 (FI), a 25/25 uf capacitor shows YIW (January 1961), a blue 32uF capacitor on the bottom shows
WDW (April 1961). The chassis has the typicial "phantom" cut-out near the GZ34, what is typical for these AC30's from 61/62.
The amp has Haddon transformers, input and output. The amp is in good condition and working.
The cabinet originally had fawn material, this was stripped off long ago. So now you will find new JMI tolex on it. Also the handle/feet are new replacements. Logo and grill cloth are still original. All information given to my best knowledge.
As I am private seller no guarantee or warranty is given. The pictures are part of the description.
The amp was part of my private collection and sadly I would have to let it go.
