Leo Eimers needs no introduction in the world of Gypsy Jazz lutherie. He has spent the last 30 years studying, repairing and restoring vintage Selmers, Maccaferris, Busatos, and nearly every other type of Franco-Sicilian produced guitar in the last century. It’s no wonder his aesthetics follow quite closely to the grand masters themselves, and this selmer model oval hole is no exception. Straight from Leo Eimers’s workshop; a direct copy of the maple Selmer model Stochelo Rosenberg played during the famous Samois-sur-Seine concert with the Rosenberg Trio. Eimers only made about 3 or 4 of of this model so it’s quite special.
