Here's one for the players: One of the very last Gibson Les Paul Juniors ever made! There even was a real postage stamp made from this very guitar!

No cracks, breaks or repairs, solid piece of wood, slab body, original P90 pick-up that screams like a hungry seagull in Scheveningen!

The Les Paul Jr is a very versatile instrument that has it all: When played at maximum volume levels it is loud and aggressive and a mean, pure rock machine. When played at low volume levels though, it sounds so sweet you cannot believe it can do that. Roll back the tone and it sounds nice and jazzy, 50's sound.

It is a nice 3.29KG super vibrant instrument that has a massive tone - very resonant and clear when played unplugged. The neck is very comfortable to play and has a '60-'61 profile which is a bit wider and flatter then a 58 or 59 but it plays so smooth and easy... The back of the neck has some wear from either a stand or an amp but it feels like history to hold it.

The original Cherry finish has weather checked all over and shows a heavy craquelé, nicks, dings and dongs. The cherry red has faded to a lovely brown on the front and back. It has the original electronics with '61 pots, a "Black Sprague" capacitor and a super sounding original P90 dogear pickup with a big output like we are used to on these Juniors! The frets are still in very good condition and the neck feels comfortable with a 43mm nut width. The tuners are later repro's and the wrapover bridge is also a reproduction. Comes with a non original case, not the case pictured.
