Marmot highlander hiking lumbar pack ( hip pack)

Brand new lumbar pack. It is of very good material, and has many compartments for organization. I bought it but eventually never used it for hiking.


Features large main compartment with two internal pockets, 2 front pockets and compression stash flap, two mesh water-bottle side pockets with adjustable bungee cord lock, padded carrying handle
420-denier nylon construction with 1000-denier Kordura reinforcements. With shoulder straps it can also be turned to a backpack.

It doesn't come with a shoulder strap, but I can supply a single strap for hanging over shoulder (I have used it a couple of times like that). I have found it doesn't need extra straps for support when hiking unless it is loaded heavily. Otherwise it's support system alone can distribute the weight evenly and it has a wide waist strap as well.
