I bought this console when it first came out, but have not used it more than few times. It works perfectly fine- I just don't play video games as much as I used to. The console is physically in great condition, although there are a few smudges on the case that can probably be cleaned off (which I would be happy to do!). The console comes without a charger because I bought the system in the United States, so the cable does not work here.
