Very nicely modified mega drive 1 "high definition graphics version". These don't have the "produced by Sega" warning before the game, the game starts straight away. This model was the first one in Europe and is known for the good audio. I have further improved the audio by removing the high end filtering and *using high quality audiophile capacitors* for the audio signals.

Video is improved with an RGB bypass that uses the same amplifier as the "3BP" mod. But since we want the stock audio on model 1 the full 3bp is unnecessary. I installed the RGB mod in a way that keeps composite video. Screenshots are using fairly cheap RGB cable. I recommend a better one from otaku-store in France.

Switch on the back is for PAL 50hz/USA 60hz/Japan 60hz. Switch on the side is for controlling the DFO mod between PAL master clock signal and NTSC master clock signal. You can use these in combination to get correct speed for both pal and ntsc or to get slightly faster and slightly slower gameplay.
