• *What are you going to do?

As a customer focus employee, you will manage the complete customer process and ensure everything runs smoothly from order entry to final delivery. You have experience with customer implementations and are comfortable working according to strict procedures, especially when dealing with medical products.

• Act as the first point of contact for customer enquiries
• Pprocess orders, returns and complaints
• Coordinate with the warehouse to ensure timely and correct deliveries
• Follow strict quality checks
• Monitor orders and shipments and respond quickly to urgent requests
• Support internal reporting and keep work instructions up to date
• Contribute to process improvements and help increase customer satisfaction

This is a full-time position (40 hours per week) during office hours, Monday to Friday. Flexible start times between 7:00 am and 9:00 am can be arranged with your team. You will start through Adecco, with the intention of receiving a direct contract with the client after the temporary employment period.

• Proven experience in logistics implementation projects
• Familiarity with healthcare regulations, procedures and quality standards
• Experience with customer-focused processes in an international environment
• Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written
• Able to work accurately in a structured and process-driven environment
