As a Call Center Agent, you play an important role in delivering high-quality service to our customers. You handle both inbound and outbound calls, provide accurate information, and assist with routine inquiries related to our products and services.

Working with established procedures and internal systems, you ensure that every customer receives clear, professional, and timely support. Your ability to communicate effectively and work with care contributes directly to customer satisfaction and the trusted reputation of Bayer.

What do we offer?

• A nice salary between € 19,41 - € 22,50 gross per hour, weekly payment;
• A travel allowance € 0,23 / km from 10 km;

What do we ask?

• A completed degree at Bachelor level or equivalent thinking level
• 1–3 years of experience in a customer service or call center environment
• Strong communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
• Comfortable using computer systems and following structured procedures
• Accurate, customer-focused, and able to work well under pressure
• A team player with a proactive and service-minded attitude
