• *Are you searching for a long-term role with the opportunity to secure a permanent contract after just seven months? Do you want to earn up to € 19,00 gross per hour (incl. shift allowance)? • *What are you going to do?

As a machine operator, you will work with various machines, such as mailers, shredders, folders, and sheet feeders. You will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth production and maintaining high-quality standards. Your main responsibilities will include:

• Operating and monitoring machines to produce back cards;
• Performing quality checks on the finished products;
• Resolving minor machine issues and reporting any malfunctions;
• Keeping your workspace clean and adhering to safety and security regulations.

You will receive comprehensive on-the-job training to help you perform your tasks effectively. Depending on your availability, you will work in two or three shifts:

• Morning shift: 06:15 - 14:45
• Late shift: 13:45 - 22:15
• Night shift: 22:00 - 06:30

Additional information

A Certificate of Conduct (VOG) and a background check are required as part of the onboarding process. Your VOG needs to have been approved before you can start. This is due to the clients this company works for, and the high level of security surrounding their product.

What do we offer?

• A long-term position with the prospect of a permanent contract after just seven months.
• A base hourly wage of € 14,79, with shift allowances of 17% to 28,5%.
• A gross hourly salary of € 17,30 or € 19,00 depending on the shifts you operate.
• Annual performances reviews, with potential salary increases of 6% or more.
• 25 vacation days, and 8,33% holiday allowance.

Where will you work?
This employer is part of a solid international company and is located in Breda. They produce credit- and debitcards, and contactless payment cards. Furthermore they also focus on payment and ID verification and provide contact to financial institutions.

You are going to work in a flexible environment within an informal team of around 35 colleagues with different nationalities. There is a close and valuable collaboration with all of the workers.

What do we ask?
You are the ideal candidate if you:

• Have (some) exprecience in production or as a machine operator
• Are available to work in 2 or 3 shifts
• Able to obtain, and wait for a VOG before your start;
• Speak English fluently
