Do you have experience in the food or pharma sector? For a fast-growing, international pharmaceutical company in Almere, we are looking for a hands-on, motivated Operator who is ready to make a real impact. You’ll be fully trained inhouse for a specific department and become a key player in a smooth, efficient production process. You’ll operate high-tech machinery, follow strict GMP protocols and ensure that every product meets top quality standards. From filling and packaging to cleaning and inspections, you’ll do it all with precision and care. Your attention to detail and team spirit will help maintain a high level of GMP awareness across the production floor. And if something’s not right? You’ll notice it right away and act on it. 

          Who you are?

• You’ve worked in food or pharma before or in another clean, process driven environment.
• You’re detail oriented, proactive, and reliable.
• You speak and write English fluently.

• You have a good command of English, both spoken and written.
