Up for auction is a high quality heavy paper copy of the original contract between Mike Hailwood and Sports Motorcycles Manchester.
This contract stood at the base of Mike Hailwood’s winning race on the Sports Motorcycles Ducati N.C.R. during the 1978 T.T. Formula 1 race on the Isle of Man.
Mike would win the F1 TT race and would be one of his biggest victories ever! He wrote history that day like no-one had done before in the world of motorcycle racing.
The contract is dated 30th of September 1977. The copy is of high quality, and is made of a copy of the original contract that we made in 1979.
The size of the copy of the contract is like the original, approx. 7.8" x 11.8" (approx. 20 x 30cm), which makes it perfect for framing.
