For Minutiae Reserve 2025, we took a robust version of our stout recipe 2 and aged it for 41 months in Wild Turkey bourbon casks. While we typically blend stouts of this age with younger ones, we chose to showcase this single, well-developed stout on its own. Expect a rich base stout balanced by intense oak tannin, with notes of concentrated cocoa, toffee, and highlights of vanilla. This beer represents one recipe, one batch of bourbon barrels, and nearly three and a half years of patience.
