10th Anniversary King JJJuliusss is a Double IPA celebrating a giant step forward in our portfolio of hoppy beer. For this rendition we utilized a specific lot of hops from Coleman Hops that underwent a series of post harvest techniques to lock in flavor and heighten certain characteristics. The result is a soft profile that bursts with a vivid array of tropical aromas. Notes of kesar mangoes, home-made OJ popsicles, grapefruit peel and citrus hard candies swirl in the glass. In 2016, we decided it was time to take the leap and elevate our crown jewel. Certain characteristics, its softness, approachable bitterness, and fluffy mouthfeel, needed to be carried forward but refined in this new chapter. Paradoxically, its hop character needed to be pushed further than ever before, befitting its title. As was often the case with our young brewery, immense pressure fueled our creativity and passion. King Julius delivers deep hop saturation with familiar notes carried through a rolling wave of flavor, all while remaining effortlessly drinkable. Long live the king.


14th Anniversary Stout is a barrel-aged offering conditioned on macadamia, coconut, and house-roasted coffee. Its base is a blend of pure barrel-aged Truth, aged for 20–24 months in select bourbon and Caribbean rum barrels. Leading with rich aromas of freshly roasted macadamia nuts and tropical coconut, it gives way to a decadent body layered with notes of dark coconut fudge, macadamia nut brownies, and nutty espresso. In our 14th year, the barrel program has become a continual process of refinement and discovery. An intimate understanding of our base beer, an ever-deepening library of threads to blend from, and the addition of our own distillery barrels and coffee roastery have allowed us to shape our beer’s character with remarkable depth and intention. This beer is as much a reflection of the journey behind us as it is a toast to what lies ahead.
