The Spirit 28, designed by the famous E.G. van de Stadt, is praised for its good sailing characteristics and seaworthiness. The Spirit 28 is also widely praised at the Sailors' Forum. Originally designed for sailing on the (sometimes turbulent) North Sea coast. The spacious cockpit and the cabin superstructure with sufficient headroom and storage space also make it pleasant and safe to sail and stay.
