This Pershing 45 is in a very good condition with low engine hours. In Mai/June 2023, the yacht was fully tested, polished, and serviced. Fotoshoot and video Juni 2023. Complete refit in 2021. Full-new set of cushions/ pillows 2022 (including 2 beds at the front and 4 new lounge beds at the back of the boat, 1 cushion was not mounted during photoshoot, but it complete). New anti-fouling 2023. New electrical grill (outside) installed last year and ice block machine. 2 separate bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and huge lounge (inside and outside). 2 new electric marine toilets. Air conditioning in all cabins and saloon. Inverted heating in all cabins and saloon. Full cover and bimini top (navy blue) (should need some attention).
