This is a Boby trolley for those who appreciate the character that age and gentle use can give to a classic.
Created by the Italian designer Cesare ‘Joe’ Colombo around 1970, this trolly is the quintessential Boby storage unit. It is made of durable ABS plastic and has three drawers along with open shelves that can be adapted for a variety of uses.
The present piece is in very good condition, but - not surprisingly for a piece that is now 55 years old - the plastic of the trolly has darkened to a mellow cream colour and it bears a few minor scuffs.
