Original Alessi Chimu fruit bowl
This Chimu fruit bowl was designed by Joanna Lyle in 1992.
The fruit bowl is made of shining polished steel and the feet are made of aluminium.
Very good condition for its age - minimal signs of use or visible wear on the surface
The ‘Chimu’ bowl from Alessi resembles a crown with its crown spike design. ‘Chimu’ from Alessi serves as the ideal centre piece of your table and gives any setting a royal ambience.
Dimensions: Diameter is 26 cm / Height is 13.5 cm

Joanna Lyle
Lyle is a British designer who lives and works in Milan, where she runs her own design studio and works on commission for companies such as Acerbis International, Fiam, and Arredaesse. With this bowl, she won the Alessi design competition in 1990, in which young designers from all over the world participated.
