Fantastic jug for serving wine it has a capacity of over 1 Litre.
Made from earthenware ceramic which is unmarked on the base, possibly made in Italy circa 1960's, or possibly from Provenance.
It is a hand decorated jug in green and brown glazed pottery with with a bunch of grapes and vine leaves, as well as dot and stripe decorations on the rim and handle. The body is glazed in brown possibly to resemble a wooden jug.
Approx 16 cm high.
No cracks, 1 tiny nibble to the side of the pouring spout.
